Phoenix's Corner

Our shop dog Phoenix will be happy to greet you at the door and receive belly rubs! He also likes to scavenge for crumbs on the floor, so even though he is super cute, please don't feed him as he will get a belly ache!

About Us

Manitou Winery is a thirteen-year-old locally owned micro-winery located in the historic Spa Building in the heart of Manitou Springs!

We import the highest quality grapes and then handcraft, blend, and ferment all of our wines right in the facility! 

Want to create a custom blend that is all your own?  Our staff can guide you through making your very own wine!  In addition to having a custom blend, you can enjoy a bottling party with friends, and each bottle has a personalized label that is all your own.  For more info click on the "Make Your Own Wine" tab.
